Job Profiles

General Manager

The GM is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel including day-to-day staff & guest management. He/She should be an ambassador for the brand and the hotel. Providing leadership and strategic planning to all the departments in support of our service culture, maximization of operations and guest satisfaction will be an essential element of the profile. While working closely with the hotel owners and other stake holders, GM will also be responsible for managing the Hotels management team and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. He/She would also be required to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures.

Executive Chef

Responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality, presentation and flavor for the dining rooms, banquets and other food facilities, resulting in outstanding guest satisfaction. Additionally responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and managing areas of profit, stock, wastage control, hygiene practices and training within the kitchen.

Executive Housekeeper

Responsible for supervising all housekeeping employees while exercising the authority of work allocation, training newly recruited employees, auditing and inspecting housekeeping personnel work assignment and requisition supplies. Also, taking care of the budget and budget controlling factor for the department.

Front Office Executive

Responsible for directly supervising all front office personnel and ensuring timely completion of all front office duties. Directing and coordinating the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas also comes under the purview. He/She will be required to prepare monthly reports and budgets for the front office department.

Banquet & Sales Manager

Solicitation of future events/conference business for hotel in assigned market areas will be the key. Not only maintenance, but far exceeding the sales targets defined by the management would be highly appreciated. He/She should also be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and even achieve daily targets, whilst offering an exceptionally high level of Customer Service. Additionally would be required to work directly with key decision makers of the Corporate, negotiating terms and confirming their accommodation, meetings, events, etc.
